Insulated Wires

Insulated Wires are available in sizes from 40 AWG (.0762mm) to 6 AWG. Thin wall thickness or high voltage products offered for various applications. Insulation options include Teflon, Tefzel, PVC, Medical PVC, PPL, PE, Foam PE, XL PE, Kynar and Nylon. Insulations also applied on a toll basis.

Custom Insulated Wires and Custom Cables requirements are welcome.

Designed for use in power supplies and transformers. Includes multiple layer products for supplemental and reinforced isolation requirements, as well as single layer products for basic isolation. RXT and TCA wires have approval to UL/CSA 60950, and IEC 60950 3rd Edition.
